  • Deep background in technology implementation, lean manufacturing, operations & quality from over 30 years of experience within the OEM & Tier 1 Automotive interiors industry 
  • Intimately familiar with all aspects of manufacturing operations, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Proven track record of manufacturing engineering and program management resulting in profitable program launches.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Our Process

Understand

Review the potential client’s entire manufacturing process and upcoming project requirements. Then use tools like FMEA, value stream maps & process flow to help the team identify challenges and failure modes in order to build a robust process.

Strategize

Collaborate with the team and use Lean & Six Sigma tools to develop creative, cost effective and timely solutions that incorporate effective countermeasures, are lean and flexible, and fit within the overall process flow (an “End to End” approach).

Initiate

Work with the team to layout an implementation plan that meets or exceeds the project requirements, and then help them move forward. Set achievable milestones along the way to build momentum.

Measure

Along the way, it’s important to measure progress and verify effective implementation. Gather data on all aspects of the project – things like profitability, scrap %, process up-time and downtime. And then evaluate the data and use it to adjust course.
